How long will my membership pack take to arrive?
Our Ticket Office staff process membership applications which come in from a variety of sources. We therefore normally quote between ten and fourteen working days between the date that your membership application is received by us and the date that you receive your new member pack in the post.
When will my membership start?
If you join at the Ticket Office, you will be issued with a temporary Membership Card straight away. If you join over the phone, you will receive your pack within two weeks, but if you would like to start using your benefits before then, you can have a temporary card. Your free vouchers will be sent to you with your card in your pack.
Can I buy membership as a gift?
Of course. It is possible to purchase membership for someone other than yourself. Many people choose to do this for a friend or family member who the arts and is celebrating a certain occasion (e.g. birthday, Christmas or retirement). You can choose who the membership is delivered to.
Why do you need my email address?
We often have last minute offers and prizes as well as advance notice on new events that we would like to share with members. To help keep costs down and ensure you get the information quickly, we do this via email
Can I use my membership discount for friends
Your membership belongs with you therefore you will be the only ticket purchaser to receive a discount.
Can I lend my Membership Card to somebody else?
Membership Cards have a named Member and are only to be used by that Member. If you know someone who would enjoy the benefits of Membership why not buy a Gift Membership? You can, however, treat a friend to a film using your free cinema tickets, as long as you are accompanying them.
Where / when can I use my free tickets?
You can use your free tickets at at any time within the year’s membership. The tickets apply to regular film screenings only, and are cannot be used for special screenings, such as ‘live from’ screenings.

Will I receive the Film brochure by post?
You receive the current Film brochure in your Welcome Pack. You will then receive the film brochure every six – eight weeks by post . If you have supplied us with your email address you also receive updates via email. My Welcome Pack still hasn't arrived - what should I do?
Please allow up to two weeks from the date you joined for your Welcome Pack to arrive. If you have still not received it after this time, please contact our Ticket Office. In the meantime you can still enjoy all the great benefits of Membership by using your temporary card.
What if I'm moving away and I won't be able to use my membership for the rest of its time. Can I cancel it and get a refund?
No, memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can transfer your membership to another person on a one time basis if you are moving out of town or are unable to take advantage of your membership for some other reason.
